Berthing facilities are available at Dunoon, Lochgoilhead, Strachur, Ardentinny, the Holy Loch, Innellan, Otter Ferry, Tighnabruaich and Colintraive. Sea canoeing, wind-surfing and kayaking are also popular, as is water skiing in the sheltered bays. Portavadie Marina and Holy Loch Marina are the two main centres for sailing and well-known Tighnabruaich sailing school is the main centre for sailing tuition.
