The Watermill in Glendaruel.

The Watermill is an historic and unusual place to stay. Set on the tranquil and sunny west road at the heart of Glendaruel in streamed woodland, it is a place for long walks, country pursuits and touring the area. Choose from two self catering holiday apartments.

 

Property one: The Sawmill is a barn conversion all on one level with lounge, kitchenette, bathroom, double bedroom and twin bedroom. This is accessed around the back of the house. It has its own driveway, an outside seating or eating area as well as parking for two cars.

Property two:  Downstairs and set to one side of the main house is the Joiner's Shop. There is a twin-bedded en suite room. Through a large opening you go into a comfortable lounge with an optional bed-settee, kitchenette and shower room. The Joiner's Shop is available either as self-catering accommodation or bed & breakfast.

Both apartments are linked by an internal stairway and can be booked together for large families.

The properties have been tastefully converted to make the most of their original features. We also welcome short breaks with arrivals on Fridays for 3 nights or Monday for 4 nights.
