Firthview House offers accommodation for 8, with 4 bedrooms (all ensuite), a TV lounge, sitting room, & spacious kitchen-dining room. The ground floor accommodation includes one disabled-friendly twin bedroom, and also a toilet & washroom. The kitchen/diner is equipped with dishwasher, washer-dryer, electric cooker, microwave & fridge-freezer, while the TV lounge boasts a comfortable leather suite and electric stove.

 

There are wonderful extensive sea-views from 5 of the 7 rooms, with the views from the upstairs rooms north towards the Loch Lomond Hills and south to the Isle of Arran being especially impressive, as well as the grandstand view of Dunoon Pier and the array of passing ships.
Tariffs for Firthview House range from £450-£680 per week(inclusive).

Lyall Cliff Cottage

Lyall Cliff Cottage (capacity 4) offers 2 bedrooms (1 double & 1 twin), dining-room, lounge, kitchen & bathroom (with bath & shower). The all-electric kitchen is equipped with cooker, fridge/freezer, washer-dryer, & microwave, and the cosy TV lounge is a perfect place to just sit back and relax. This cottage enjoys a private location at the side of the main Lyall Cliff building, and fine sea-views can be enjoyed from the lounge and upstairs, where the views across the Firth never fail to fascinate.
Tariffs for the cottage range from £230-£450 per week.

Tariffs for both houses include all towels and bedlinen, and are fully inclusive, except for gas for Lyall Cliff Cottage. Guests are most welcome to enjoy the gardens and use the garden furniture.
